Tokyo Marui - Boys
I used to play a lot of airsoft and now my boys are getting a bit older (oldest is 12) and are keen on getting into airsoft. Full sized AEGs are still a bit big and heavy. Does any pone know if the TM boys line is still available anywhere in Canada or if they can be imported without major issues?

How much sand CAN you fit in your vagina!?

G&G makes $200 - $300 light weight rifles and they're sold in Canada, in multiple places. TM will be more expensive and harder to get.

Yup the G&G CM16 line are much lighter gun, would probably be appropriate.

only problem, these appear to be a full sized aeg? They are still of the age where they can't get the buttstock to rest properly on their shoulder while holding the gun properly... thanks for the info though!

Most low-tier G&G are made out of plastic, so it's not to bad.
If you really want small rifles for your kids, get a SMG or PDW. (P90, MP5K, MP5, UMP, etc.) You can also find some shorter m4's around too. |

my vote would be on the G&G CM16 with a 10.5 inch barrel, magazines are easily found and shared between other players, unless they run a GBBR...
keep the buttstock at setting 1 and they should not have any problems shouldering it however you need to head over to brick and mortar shop, and have them hold it and feel it before making such a decision

The stocks are fully adjustable on the CM16, If you need something very low profile, you can find an older style M4/CAR-15 style buttstock as its much smaller compared to modern stocks.
My Nephew liked shooting my XM177e2 GBBR and he had no problem shouldering it with the stock collapsed. |

My 2 year old can almost shoulder a full battery M4 skeleton stock. I agree though that you should take them to a shop to at least hold guns. Plus one for SMGs as well.

I can not fathom someone being too small to shoulder a 10" carbine with a collapsible stock, expecially at 12. M4s aren't big rifles to begin with, shave off 4" and collapse the stock down to the length of the stock foot, about 6" and you have a rifle anyone can shoulder.
I've literally seen dwarfs shoulder SBR ARs. |

1+ On these Plus I don't think M4's Get any smaller or lighter. Although I believe ICS Makes a model close to that with a polymer body That Would be maybe abit lighter, ChecK M1 as BIORAGE said

No one has mentioned it so far, so I will. Maybe your children are too young for the sport? This is a sport for adults, are you going to watch them 24/7 to make sure they don't do anything irresponsible with the firearms you are going to buy for them?

Not Eye Safe, Pretty Boy Maximus on the field take his picture!

Couple neat small guns that fit tiny hands:
scorpion PDR-C (super tiny grip on it) P90 (has a fat grip, but short gun) MP5 MP7 MP9 The problem with the BOYS mechbox is it's entirely proprietary, and therefore un-fixable, un-upgradeable, and probably only shoots 160-200fps |
