Blackhawk!
So I got a used SERPA holster as well as a drop leg platform about a year ago, used on ASC. One of the buckles broke on my platform, and I saw that it would be a 30 second fix if I could get a replacement part.
I emailed BH, explaining that I got a used product of theirs a year ago and I asked if they'd be willing to sell me the part and ship it to Canada. They responded within 24 hours, and the guy said he'd be glad to help me out, and just needed my shipping address and the colour I needed. I gave that to them, and asked them how much I owed them for the part and shipping. The next day I got an email from another one of their representatives. He never told me how much it was going to cost me, he just told me "I am shipping the buckle out today".
A week later, the part made it through customs and arrived at my door via UPS.
I'm impressed, they didn't need to send me a free replacement part, especially since the item was purchased used and was outside of any warranty period. I would have been happy if they had been willing to sell me a replacement. I've always loved SERPA holsters for their function, but now I'll buy with utmost confidence because of the incredible customer support.
