vfc hk416
Hey guys I bought a used vfc hk416 a week or so ago and while I was trying to install the a magpul enhanced trigger gaurd and while I was doing it my lower receiver broke. Now that that has happened I am trying to figure out what to do next.
I know the lower receiver is to damaged to stay so I was thinking is it possible to install a magpul lower receiver to the 416 upper or is it not possible. If it is not possible do I have to source a vfc lower or is there another one I can get? Thanks for your time |

How the hell did you break the receiver?
A magpul lower will not work. You will need a VFC lower receiver. G&P Magpul bodies are made to a completely different spec from VFC. |

Hey out of curiosity I am not 100% sure if my 416 is vfc what are the signs I mean it came in a h&k umarex box but that doesn't really mean anything

Show me photos of
-the rail, especially the mounting screw -inside of the magwell -hop up unit -stock and buffer tube So far I see signs that it isn't VFC but I want more photos to confirm. |

Actually, it could be an old and crusty gen 1 VFC 416. Possible, but hard to tell from those two photos. That mag release is definitely not VFC.

I can post more pics but you have to realize this hk is heavily modified by the previous owner so none of the internals are stock the hop up is not stock either but like I said I will take more pics

So much stuff has been changed out that it's hard to tell. Most of the identifying features are gone. Looks like it COULD have started off as a gen1 vfc 416, a rare ish Asia version without the gigantic warning on the side.
The buffer tube is not vfc, the stock is not the one the gen 1 vfc came with. The mag release is not vfc. Does it say cal 6mm bb under the hk logo on the left side? |
