KWC KCB76AHN CO2 M1911 disassembly of barrels
Hi,
I have a problem with KWC KCB76AHN CO2 M1911 replica. Namely, I do not know how to remove the inner barrel from the outer one. They are connected with a pin protruding the slot in the outer barrel and sitting in the hop-up chamber of inner barrel. Does anybody has the experience how to disassemble/disconnect of these two parts? Walther38 Last edited by Walther38; September 10th, 2014 at 02:00.. |

Just use a punch and light hammer to knock the pin out (but don't lose it!). I have both the Swiss Arms and Blackwater versions of this gun, both in 4.5mm, but I believe the components, assembly and dis-assembly are essentially the same.

Hi,
I'm picking up this thread again since I have the same problem as Walther38. I have the KWC 1911 100th Anniversary edition, and want to detach the barrels, but this pin is preventing it. All guides I've seen, and also the reply in this thread, say that it should be knocked out from the opposite side, but the pin is not accessible from the opposite side. Maybe KWC changed something on this model? Anyone managed to do this on the anniversary edition? |

Here are pictures from both sides
IMG_0967.JPG IMG_0968.JPG The pin is not visible from the other side as far as I can see. I guess it should be at the left edge of the metallic piece, but that mean that it would touch the hop-up wheel. Last edited by koveraasen; June 14th, 2015 at 12:33.. |
