TTI Mag Extentions' Airsoft Application
Has anyone had experience with Taran Tactical Innovations' Mag extensions on airsoft PTS PMAGs? They seem like a good way (and a good looking way) to distinguish between different mags. Would these even fit the PTS PMAGS?

I havn't, but I'm curious why you would need to distinguish different mags?

for tracer rounds maybe, even different weights for longer range or faster flight times. To tell if the're your mags or your teammates perhaps.
granted not as many uses in airsoft but they do look prety cool

You can still achieve the same result with colour tape, much cheaper
But the cool factor is there, I have to give it that

Yeah I keep seeing these on those gun blogs and such. Apparently they also help weight down your mag, allowing it to fall freely after you click in the mag release.
I can also see gun doctors use these to show off their creations, just to give them a little extra spark. |
