Looking for the most realistic version of the M16/C7 available
Hello,
I'm looking for an airsoft rifle that is as close to the real thing as possible M16 / C7 in all variations, i.e. A1, A2 or A3 etc. that is available in Canada or easy enough to import (with a PAL if needed). Must be full metal, Gas Blow Back and Open bolt. Basically as close to the real thing as possible. Thanks for reading and I look forward to any responses. I will consider the M4/C8 variation as well if that is the only type fitting the needs listed above. |

Do you have a link? Info?
What about something like the KJW M4 GBB-R Full Metal? Is the the G&G better and closer to what I'm looking for? Last edited by dangerous_goods; August 30th, 2014 at 18:34.. |

And if you have the money, go for it and I have the kjw and it really a nice rifle and great thing is that it takes TM compatible front sets to make it into a m16 length and go from there

Forum rules are that you can't post links on where to buy guns outside of the age verified section, especially not in the newbie tank...
Try searching this forum for GBBR threads there are dozens comparing different brands, they will answer many of your questions. You'll probably end up at a WE GBBR. Last edited by Kozzie; August 30th, 2014 at 01:04.. |

How much sand CAN you fit in your vagina!?

Yup. WE GBBR and add what you need to it. With the C7 accessories and RA-Tech upgrades it'll be the most realistic GBBR. Most realistic for fit, weight, and feel would be a Systema PTW. Same deal though, start with an M16 and add C7 components.

I would go with a WE M16. Then add the stuff you want. The Triad can be a bitch to get a hold of if I remember correctly. But Overall you can make a really nice build if you got the patience. As for realistic? Nothing comes pre built (except the G&G which is not a perfect C7). I recommend a WE GBBR over a KJW everytime. Also if your 18+ get age verified and we can offer you more retailers and solutions to get the right rifle and parts.

I think as of now, ViperTech is as real as it gets, even to the trigger assembly. But quite costly, but I suppose you need less upgrades than a WE GBBR

Hey, I've deleted the link in my post and I am age verified. Looking for something that I will never game with but want to practice weapon handling drills etc so the more realistic the better. Links and or used sale items that you would recommend would be most welcome.

Not Eye Safe, Pretty Boy Maximus on the field take his picture!

You'd have to buy a gas blowback rifle, and then customize the furniture on it.
But there's not really any major difference between an M16A3 and C7A1 as far as function. If you're just practicing drill, you don't necessarily need the exact gun, just something that drills the same. |

However, the C7 is mostly ambidextrous, so you'll need to install that stuff. If you've got a KJW, or have a KJW lined up, it'll work just fine as your base. I prefer KJW M4s over WETTIs. Edit: Just an FYI, if you aren't aware of the difference between the M16 and the C7, take a look at this thread: http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=149125 There's not much difference, and this thread will help you know what you need to modify to get to a C7. You can use your judgement on whether or not you need to make the actual modification in order to perform your drills. Last edited by FirestormX; September 2nd, 2014 at 17:34.. |

Stay away from the abortion that G&G is calling their "C7A1", it's a mishmash of different versions of the C7 all cobbled together out of whatever parts they had lying around... |
