British Osprey Plate Carrier MK.4

SO i went over to a friend that owns a military surplus store here in Cyprus and i came across a british osprey plate carrier the mk4 edition (thats the newest one) and i thought id try it on. Man did i fall in love. I took out my wallet and bought it right that instant. I look like a beast in it. Its a 190/108 which is brilliant for my stature. Im a big boy Ill post some pics soon when i get the chance to.

P.S those looking into buying these they are brilliant but they are quite heavy for airsoft but i really enjoy the realism even though its much much heavier than a replica (dont have the kevlar plates in it)

The OSPREY

Exceptional bits of kit, I used the Mk 2 when I was in.
I too am a 190 / 108
Any Osprey, but especially the MKiv, is a bulky item.

The cummerbund that mounts on to the vest and allows the addition of the side plates is what makes it a very bulky item... not too bad if you are just running the Ops Panel.

Not a light piece of equipment but well made, has many options that can be bought for relatively little money.
Guaranteed to not fall apart unlike some of the replica junk in the market place.

I bought from Mikes M-S in the UK. Exceptional service. Reasonable prices. Tracked and insured shipping. Recommended if you are going down this route.

Actually i bought mine from a friend here in Cyprus. Went and got it myself for about 150 euro. It had the light kevlar that stops 9mm and knifes and some molle mag carriers utility pouches and so on. Didnt get the added pieces for the hands and neck since i wasnt going to use them so i decided to get a discount instead of those.
