BB storage

So I was shopping around Dollarama and I came across a water bottle (see below) that fits 2000 BBs perfectly. The nice thing is that it comes in different colour and there's a bigger version of the bottle too.

So it got me to thinking, how do you store your BBs?

They rattle less when I carry 4 on me for my 249 lol

I use old saline bottles to store them, with a desiccant pack. Bottles don't work well in game though, as they rattle as mentioned above.

Good idea, the only downfall would be the large spout. Seems a bit big and you may loose a few when pouring into your mags or speedloader, I use a bottle like the wallmart and old CT bb's came in. Spout is narrow and longer, and fits in the mag loader perfectly. The bottom of it rotted out years ago so I duct taped half a pepsi can to the bottom, made it large enough to hold 2000 count perfectly.
This is only for in my kit though, when I take extra bb's into the field, I fold over 1000 in a Bastard bag into a pouch so that they make no noise, and usually my mag size speed loader filled to the top and stuffed with a small rag to muffle those as well.

I use empty water bottles.

find one of those accordion water bottles that can collapse as you empty it of BBs... keep it tight to the BBs will limit the rattle.

I keep an old Opsgear 100 round paintball pod, and a sock to stuff in there when it starts to get empty, to stop the rattle. It's holds a huge arount of bbs

I use the same thing; An old paintball pod. But I don't carry the pod to the field; it's mainly to keep my BBs in.

Kinda like the idea of the dollorama water bottle too; might look into that.

I use the plastic bag the BBs came in.

Most games I play are realcap, and with a GBBR, not much choice.

When I do have to bring BBs with me, medium-size freezer ziplock back, empty air and fold over. Also fits a small pistol-mag BB loader perfectly and hides with jerky in my back/bum pack.

Elite force bottles work great for me. That water bottle is a great idea though

Agreed. Old water bottles. BB Bastard Bags... In loaders... Depends on the OP.

I generally carry a loader on me (either in my water blader, or backpack... or both. But at base I will have all my bb's in plastic bags, loading a loader from a bag is easy with practice (make a O with your thumb and forefinger, and put the loader in it, then tighten your grip and pour.)

I'm with the paintball pod. Although, I put Velcro on it for additional assurance. And I find keeping it in a drop pouch takes away a lot of the rattle.. Although it can get in the way at times.
