VFC MP7 - Wow, Such A1, Much 1:1.

Umarex VFC MP7A1

VFC vs KWA side by side comparison

It appears VFC has finally announced that they are going to release their 1:1 Umarex VFC MP7A1. FINALLY, which means it will be coming out very very soon.

Obviously you can tell the VFC is the larger one in the photos. Seems that the KWA mags will not be compatible (duh) with the VFC MP7. I expect nothing but high quality on the externals and internals for this bad boy. I also would also assume this one will also burn your pockets too. ($)

For the most part I think it looks fantastic, there are some VFC MP7A1.3gp - YouTube

Package seems to come with magazine, gun, and a silencer which is nice.

Discuss!

Update: Jan 20.

WGCShop has them listed for pre-order for $255.00 USD.

You expect high quality INTERNALS on a VFC GBB?

Bad news, it's nowhere near as functional as either the KWA or the TM.

A real bummer.

Youtube videos seem to have bolt lockback et all. What features might the VFC be missing?

None.
VFC are so anal about being as close to RS as possible the bolt lock pushes down to release the bolt not up, as with both the TM and KWA models.

If you know your way around GBBs and watch the video carefully when it goes into slowmo you will notice that it's not cooldown at all, it is in fact what appears to be possibly a weak release valve spring, as the gas appears to still be flowing after the bolt has recoiled back, so it is wasting quite a bit of gas, making it look like horrendous cooldown, a new spring on the valve or an azimuth valve would most likely solve that problem.

I want this gun so much!!
It could be made of Swiss cheese for all I care, as mentioned above, WGC will have all the spares and upgrades in pretty short order, and as usual for VFC those spares and upgrades will be reasonably priced like the gun itself.

The general disappointment with VFC's stuff is their electric guns are so good in function and appearance that it's expected that the gas guns will run at the same level.

Instead it's almost like they've regressed to when an airsoft gun was something you'd keep in your desk or study. Take it out once and a while, plink half a mag, or show to a firearms person who'd never heard of airsoft.

They have the amazing looks down pat but they just don't have the function that people are expecting.

Why do you come up with such a conclusion already? Have you ever own a vfc gbb?

If not then it is a wrong statement without any prove

I personal own WE and vfc gbb, when you look at the internet design you will see that their are better

One look at the VFC MP5 thread would beg to differ.
