Z-Tac throat mics. Yay or nay?
Looking for input from users/owners of the Z-tactical throat mics. Do they work well? interface well with most ptt's/radios? And basically are they worth getting?
Thank you in advance for your advice.

Personally I have the bravos from TA and they are beautiful.
Recently at a game I had a few guys say that it would probably wouldn't work well and so on and 4 hours later every single guy on my squad had there radio/comms system crap out while mine was running perfectly with the throat mic. Although the next day it did look like I had a hicky.... Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

Nay!
I tried 2 kinds. I discovered that in any case, they don't work well. The main problem is they get in the way of your colar, snag and move and you have to hold them with your hand to get a proper voice reading when talking. They are designed for high noise environement or to work with gas mask. For general airsoft use, I'd say a military headset is the way to go.
