MindGame Productions is proud to debut the Guardian Center of Perry, Georgia, in a national-level, military simulations event on Labor Day Weekend. South-eastern MilSim will never be the same! This amazing private facility spans 350 acres in central Georgia with a 75-acre urban operations training city. Fifty buildings fill the city, themed with props and furniture. Cars line the streets and countless other surprises await in this incredible facility built for the military and federal and state emergency response personnel. Registration for Operation Sovereign Fury will open on May 1 and close on August 1. Walk-ons will not be accepted at the event. Teams will be structured into company, platoon and squad level units with commanders assigned well in advance for unit coordination and planning. More details on the event, rules and requirements will be forthcoming! In the Summer of 2016... War came to America. For the past several years, Russia conducted one of largest arms build-ups since the Cold War, using its new-found wealth from Siberian natural gas and mineral reserves. The US economy continued to flounder with high unemployment and reductions in defense spending to maintain government operations and basic social programs. The United States still possesses a strong industrial base, largely in mothballs from the continued recession, and abundant farmland and food production capabilities that are hungrily eyed by Russia after several disastrous years of crop failure. The attack came swiftly. A cyber-attack on an unprecedented scale shut down American early-warning systems and nuclear launch capabilities. The US communications infrastructure was corrupted, leaving the nation wide open and unable to coordinate an effective response as Russian troops struck major population centers on the east and west coasts. The American military is fighting back hard but the paralysis of communications nodes and satellites have crippled the traditional high-technology advantages of the American warfighter. Clumsily coordinated partisan attacks and sabotage harass the occupying Russian military as it pushes deeper into the heartland. The outcome is anyone's guess. I hate you.
I hate you so very much. The facility looks amazing! This is something that looks really amazing, but unfortunately not quite available to me at the moment. Between work and the travel costs associated....it's just not in the cards for this year.

Looks frigging awesome, especially as a member of a Russian team, I think we now have a goal to work towards!
To any "Russians" who read this: Bring America to it's knees. Is this a yearly event?

Operation Sovereign Fury
Folks I proud to state I just paid for this today. I talked to the game organizer Robert "Mac" McLaughlin. He has advised he has ran major events before in Florida so he is no big stranger to running a Mount Site game.
With this being said, as for now Force Recon has 7 ppl confirmed in going (Snoopy just jumped in and paid...OFS). I would like to encourage other Canadian Teams or ppl to sign up and go to this event. I can honestly say from the BLACKSHEEP 6 MILSIM's they provide a higher tempo of OP as oppose to what I have seen in Ontario in last 5 years. Althought this is not a BLACKSHEEP 6 MILSIM, the size of the Mount Site is a challenge in itself and I encourage other Teams here in Canada give this a try....you want CQB you will definitley get it in this theatre. If interested you can contact Robert directly and his Phone Number is 561-704-4727. He also advised if you want to go this game if register by Teams you can get a $25 discount. He wants more Canadians to come. The trick though is having the funds, time off and a means to get there. Despite our recent fiasco which we just triumph over we are moving on as Team for this event. Meaning practising breaches and CQB. If teams are interested in coming out with us contact us (or mention your interest if you come to NIGHTFALL 2). Beware however this event will require the propering planning and logistics to make it happen. There are no "MVP's" at this type of OP but alot of Team work and co ordination can make it a success and a good road trip to. Major John Bucciarelli will be attending this event as well, so some big players in the USA will be there. This OP will provide your Team with a different Dynamic of MILSIM experience...small things like using effective pyro etc. and working with other groups from a different part of North America. This OP for me is a big Challenge, huge Mount Site, twice the size of Fort Drum, come out and give it try. 1 last note I didn't mention is Robert has the event schedule for 30 hours...for safety during the event he wants the SL/FTL to schedule a 5 hour rest break for safety, which only stands to reason...having tired ppl running around there can lead to injuries. After reviewing the date, I'm definitely interested. I was under the impression this date conflicted with one of the local events we have already committed to.
Let me see how many guys I can muster. Would be an awesome road trip. |

Further updates
An updated map from the players pack and is in larger format that is more suitable for printing.
**Note that there will be some terrain north, west and south of this map that will be in play. These areas may not have map support or might even be issued on a document much closer to the event. Black Missions Black missions will be an optional add-on for squads and can be purchased online prior to the event or onsite. During the event, a series of special “Black Missions” will be conducted in the simulated Subway tunnel and station. The layout of this area is not conducive for regular game missions, but is perfectly suited for immersive, single squad operations against an OPFOR role-player element. Black missions will be run throughout the event as the simulation area is closed off from the rest of the facility, although time will only permit a limited number to be executed. If your squad signs up for a Black Mission, you will receive a frag order during the event with a narrow window to prepare for this covert mission. The infiltration through the subway tunnel and parked subway trains will be conducted in darkness, so night vision devices or filtered flashlights/tac lights are recommended for maximum stealth. The subway station area will be illuminated, with the potential of cutting power to the lights according to the squad’s assault plan. Players will encounter a team of OPFOR role-players appropriate to the Black Mission assigned to them, with the ability of taking the OPFOR by surprise in a coordinated attack. If the players botch the infiltration, the OPFOR will be alerted! Black Missions will be opened for online reservation by mid-May, and any mission slots still available can be purchased onsite. Russia 2nd Platoon, 2nd Squad
QRF 1, it is good to see another Canadian is going...too bad you signed for the AMERICAN lol, all the Best.
FORCE RECON has signed up for the Russian Side and we are wearing CADPAT. I talked to game host the other night and there will be a few changes to our Squad. Force Recon 2nd Squad is as follows: 1. QKLEE11 2. PWOR 3. REIGNMAN 4. VIR 5. SNOOPY 6. SAINT 7. DOBBY 8. BRAYDEN (TENATIVE UNTIL NEXT WEEKEND) 9. 10. We currently have 2 open spots, hopefully a couple more on the Team can go...if not...ppl who are intersted you can PM me, PWOR or Reignman. Be advised if you want to come with us, we always represent CANADA with the CADPAT BDU. If not, form your own 5 Man Fire Team...the Mount Site alone is well worth the $200...with that being said logistics cost of fuel, sleeping acommadations/food and equipment will cost more. Seeing a guy from all the ways from Alberta is going is encouraging (even though your on the other side)...Good to see CANADIANS at an American Venue as big as this.
