Dummy M37-K Seal Pup Knife

This is a post about a items, sold as a airsoft items, which is actually not airsoft at all.

I purchased a knife, I planned to use at the field. Unfortunately, I had no idea, that rubber knife is not a rubber, not a plastic, but unknown to me substance as strong as a cookie bread. It broke in my hands after a slight bend, and my fingers used less strength then you need to brake a ice-cream wood stick!

I used a duct tape to 'fix' it and attached knife to my belt.
Few hours later playing in the UA I found it broke in second place, plus BB HIT BROKE A HOLDER!

This item is fragile as a wine glass! Why the hell airsoft shop sell this junk to airsoft players??? This is a 28$ loss.:x Should I name a seller?

BTW, UA has for sale nice looking real rubber knifes.

A knife labled as a dummy knife isnt likely meant to be used as a training knife and is more likely made for display reasons.
A propper rubber training knife is what youll want for using in the field not something made from plastic.
Ther is a dummy bayonet for m4's on the market it is more of a model (u have to assemble it) the blade is plastic and you could likely hurt someone with it and it would prolly break if used to knife kill someone or if it got shot butbit looks damn cool on an m4.
Id say post a link to the item so someone else doesntbmake the same mistake as you however i dont think there is any fault ere you just misinterprated what a "dummy knife" is.
It isnt a "training knife" its made more for display not for actuall practical use like a training knife.
Youll want something from coldsteel or a simaler company
