Did you install the little spring correctly?

How about the cutoff lever? Does it have sufficient travel to fully trip the sensor?

How does that sensor work ? When I close the gearbox the sensor is already being pushed down by the cut off .is there a certain I'm suspose to put the cut off ?

The gear moves the cut off up and down ? I'm thinking its the sector gear not in sync properly ?

read the supplied instructions. you need to cut back a portion of the selector plate. enough that it wont touch the cutoff lever when placed on auto.

The cutoff lever spring could be rubbing on the interior receiver and causing the cutoff lever to not function properly. Also your motor or battery might not have enough power for your setup. See a gun tech.
