If you bought it from a reputable dealer, this will be covered under warranty. We replaced two already with the same problem

Well that is nice of you +1 ... At least I'm not the only one .. I am kind of disappointed since TM is one of the best .................................. Very annoying and surprisingly very expensive (figured it be 25 dollars max) ..in my head I feel like my KJW P226 (other choice) would of lasted longer ... One the plus one less part to remove to spray paint it the clear frame

Any luck finding a source for a replacement part? Mine broke today. It has been about 10 months.
I know the main issue. The slide catch is made with cast metal. So the area my slide catch broke from was a weak point because there was a bubble in the metal. Also note, I never pressed on the catch, I only ever power stroked. Getting a replacement TM part won't make sense because it could be subject to the same fault. I found another catch made by Detonator or something like that, but the catch is too expensive for what it is. Last edited by Practice; July 24th, 2014 at 08:45.. |
