I'm really interested in AOR2.
I haven't seen many pictures of loadouts with this camo. Anyone have any Ideas or Pictures of yourselves in AOR2 or people with AOR2 load outs? Thanks in advance for pictures, and or advise. Anyone know anything about the differences between different brands ? fitting? Last edited by GBBR; December 27th, 2012 at 21:23.. |

I am looking for advice from fellow players and ASC members, not what google decides to spit at me.
Btw, google keeps your search results and stuff like that. spits out they think you'd want to see. I've googled AOR2 loadouts, I want to see some stuff I havent seen and hopefully get inspired. |

I have pictures of the TMC version but yet to see the ALLWIN one in person. I find that the the TMC one looks like cadpat in a sense... a lil too dark. but it can prove to be beneficial because well tree leaves, bushes and the grass is a pretty dark green...* attached is a picture of me holding my m4a1 and wearing AOR2 "edited part" I have yet to wash my aor2 I will be seeing the Allwin one in around 1-2 weeks. Allwin one if I am not mistaken is "AMERICAN" size. The TMC one is in ASIAN sizes however. I'm 5'10' 160 and it fits me well pretty well. The TMC pant's kneepads are utter shit tho. I drop myself on a stick and it felt like it'd go through the knee pad. Last edited by GBBR; December 27th, 2012 at 21:17.. |

I've been gathering bits and pieces of real AOR1/AOR2 gear and apparel for some loadouts I want to do, here's a pic of my latest, an SDS RBAV.
I've been wanting to get an AOR2 1961K Chest Rig but I can't seem to find one except this, think its any good? The AOR pattern looks pretty accurate in the pic. http://www.anc-creation.com/en/conte...b5e6087eb1b2dc To answer your questions about Allwin, its very accurate from what I've heard. Like I said again, the colors seem just a bit darker. may prove beneficial in darker environments and because its VERY close resemblance to cad-pat may offer me more camouflage in Canadian environment TMC IS utter crap sometimes but I'm actaully quite happy with my buy :P Quote:
Now I'm not so iffy about my buy. Can you take a photo of your AOR2 under direct sunlight I will do the same and then maybe we can have a more accurate comparison. I mean, if anything I'll just buy a real one and use the tmc one as the "change of clothes" that will be used if get wet from rain. Do you know how well the real AOR2 is IR treated? does it have the "sheen" to it. because. if the real aor2 offers me more concealment at night then thats another GREAT excuse for me to further use my credit card LMFAO http://www.ebay.ca/itm/London-Bridge...#ht_2186wt_860 I would recommend a 6094a. their really really popular now and I've worn one once. everything is wear I wanted. If I were to design a vest, It'd be exactly like that. The link I posted is well, EXTREMELY expensive if you ask me, 1.1k on a vest, its not like I'm actually using this vest as a tool to help me save lives... Try what I'm going to do. OD 6094, Ranger Green pouches, little bits of tan stuff. Use a few different greens and a few different colours for pouches and what not. I think the contrast may look nice and also help you mix in a bit. Last edited by GBBR; December 28th, 2012 at 00:05.. |

Light and shade. Very little difference as you can tell, heard they're the best replicas without actually using Crye AOR2. Real AOR2 tends to be slightly darker. Yeah, the stuff is very expensive, was bidding on a hydration pouch the other day, kinda gave up after it went well over $150. Last edited by nstahl.19; December 28th, 2012 at 01:25.. |

Thought I'd post this here:
http://www.ur-tactical.com/index.php...ategory_id/118 These guys use real AOR fabrics for their gear. Great quality stuff that comes in many patterns including both AOR1 and AOR2, A-TACS, Multicam, even the basic OD and Tan. I personally own a pair of those pants in a-TACS AU, just ordered a second pair in Multicam. Take a look around the site. Over the next little bit more of their kit will be available in the AOR1/AOR2 patterns. Cheers!

Toy Soldier uses real AOR2 and he makes 6094A replicas. The only thing is they're $400 USD. Ya its better than $1100 but you could get a real 6094A in OD for $417 directly from LBT...if somebody REALLY wanted an AOR2 vest than $400 isn't bad compared to $1100 but if I'm paying that much I personally am gonna go with the OD from LBT

Just looking back now, jee, was I an idiot! I'm extremely happy that I decided to sell the VSR-10 I had and save for a reliable AEG (A&K Masada and soon-to-arrive KA M4) after I turned 18... Now if only there was an AV rep near my location so I could feed my airsoft gun addiction as much as I feed my gear-whoring... Anyway, not a problem! Those guys are a pleasure to deal with and I've done so atleast 10 times by now. Great quality stuff, especially considering the price isn't far off from Propper's stuff. Not to mention they supplied some of the gear for Terminator Salvation.

Yes, Toy Soldier makes the best replica gear, qualitywise his combat sets are spot on with Crye and he uses the real Crye AOR fabrics. The sizing might be slightly different and the combat shirts inner is a different material from Crye's which is a FR material, he uses a slightly lighter and thinner mesh material. $400 for a 6094A from Toy soldier is a great price i think. We're talking about $600-$700 difference on a single combat shirt, I highly recommend him.
For something even cheaper, check out the link. Much more accurate then TMC or Emerson. http://dragonredairsoft.com/catalog/...roducts_id=216 Last edited by nstahl.19; December 28th, 2012 at 17:25.. |
