Please help a colourblind

Well, sort of.

Ordered a Flyye plate carrier, asked for OD. Got some pouches from different retailer. Put them all together and had a bit of disappoint. Two pictures provided, one with flash, one without.

Flyye OD (or is it?)
G&P OD Admin Pouch
NC Star OD Misc pouch

Basically what color is the carrier, so I can get matching hangons? Is it really OD, Ranger Green, Forest Green?? Help is appreciate.

The difference on "same" colour in different replica brands is always a problem...
It disturbs airsofters, but not as much as it disturbs military cosplayers...

Looks just fine to me. I do see what you're talking about but IMO nothing to get your panties in a bunch over.

Every OD Green from every different company is just going to be a little different. Even the same colour from the same company can be a little off between dye lots. Unless you can compare in person the best way to hedge your bets is to buy all from one company.

Personally I like it when gear doesn't match exactly, looks best when it's a little dirty and worked in too. Heck throw some Olive Drab, Ranger Green, Coyote Brown some camo from your BDU/ACU's on there. It always looks strange to me when things look too clean and perfect.

If you think the colour of the OD is to bright, take some black krylon and give it a quick dusting to darken it. Works great and if you fuck up and do to much use a little sanding sponge, it comes right off.

OD varies from even the "good" manufacturers such as HSGI, TAG, ATS, Tactical Tailor etc.

Heck OD varies even when the military was buying it by the ton, real USGI surplus (NOS or otherwise) tends to never actually match, its been this way since World War 1-2.

World War 2 American reenactors go nuts over the fact that something isn't the right shade of "khaki" only to find out that the US Army never issued "khaki" only OD#3 and OD#7 in theory, in practice there is quite a difference between manufacturers.

My OD gear faded after a while and ended up looking all the same.

Never take pics of gear with flash, unless you really know what you are doing with a professionnal camera.

To compare colors, take them outside and take pic with no flash.

Based on the pic with no flash, it look kinda Ranger Green.

I hate when my whole rig is all one solid colour.

I had a plate carrier that was Krylon'd black, no two of the pouches were the same colour.

Dude do not mono-chrome your rig. Getter Dirty and mix pouches and break up the profile as much as possible.

Thank you to those who provided helpful explanations and suggestions.
Remainder, no one asked for your opinion on aethetics. All I needed to know if the carrier is in fact OD or incorrectly labeled FG/RG.
