BA sniper - need some guidence

okay I'm new to the using bolt actions in airsoft, I've been spoiled by semi-auto however recent events have pushed me into looking for a bolt action. I'm looking for some help from the more experienced and gear hungry people I have had the pleasure of meeting here on ASC. I need help/options/opinions on which BA i should take a serious look at getting.

now I'm a 3 season outdoor player meaning I play in everything from a sand filled scorching hot 35C mid-day deserts to frosty 2 degree Autumn night games, and unlike some I don't melt in the rain. so that said I would like to get something that can work in many environments and changing temperatures. with this in mind I'm guessing gas BAs are off the table, the gas pressure would react too much to be relyable in changing conditions. if not please enlighten me.

I would like to have the takedown or breakdown ability inorder to keep it small until i get to a suitable placement but seeing as I have only found the KJW m700 with that ability I'm guessing that isn't going to happen. if someone knows of another sniper with the break down ability I'm all ears. or if you think the KJW takedown is a good option please dispell my worries.

if you want to know my buget its about 1200 for the BA but I don't want to have to spend that much unless I can justify it. before anyone suggests it I already have a systema, I need a BA.

For breakdown style rifles, the KJW M700 and the Tanaka M700 are the only ones I know of (the KJ has its issues but it ok, any tanaka is apparently worth it's weight in gold), both are Gas BAR's, and yes, gas will be affected by environment (although if you convert to HPA the effect will be lessened).
As for "springer" BAR's, there are as many opinions as there are people around here, each has their likes and dislikes, but the one universal rule...kiss your free money, and time goodbye. Buy a decent rifle that appeals to you, and then make friends with a gun-doc who will teach you how to do the work and adjustments on your rifle as you proceed (that way you are learning to fix your own kit, and arent screwed if you have a failure in the field).
Expect to invest a lot of time, money, and effort into a BAR, or don't even start. If you half ass it, you'll be disappointed, and end up hating it, do it right, and you'll love the role, the rifle, and the dirty looks you get from people when they realize you just shot them out with a springer (incidentally, I have about $700 and 40+ hours tied up in my A&K SVD, and that is just to make her field ready)

There's the wa2000. Vsr10 internals. It's built like a tank and very easy to work on. Unique looks to be certain, but it's carbine sized.

The cocking action...because of placement and bullpup setup...is very easy and quick at hand. At 450 it's still a very quiet shot. At 380 it's virtually silent.

the Tanaka/KJ system can easily be tapped for HPA, and out here it's probably your best bet for all-weather play. moreso since propane apparently makes them go at about 500+ (you can tune HPA to whatever pressure you desire, yielding any fps you want)

there's a fellow over on ASM who's making his Tanaka M40 into a match rifle, so you could probably copy most of his build without too much trouble.

get an ER-hop + LRB + HPA conversion and the PTW boys won't believe what's happening to them. or even better, you can go with a non-hop system and try the asymmetric rounds that are in development on ASM.
