wow, how did u get 27bps for it... it seems so ....torque heavy? Anyway is shs that good? I'm not judging or anything but I've never quite encountered having to use shs parts.

Haha, its all in the time put into it. The 5Ku motor is the original maker of the acm neo magnet motor. They use the neo magnets but have less windings in the armature of thicker guage wire. The techs in sault ste. marie all use shs parts, they are cheap and work very well. Their pistons are great, motors are amazing, gears are amazing and really everything they make works very very well. I am getting ~27bps because I am using a good battery and a home made mosfet. The gun is very fun to pay with, its great for cqb. If you want to know my other setups let me know .

I really liked the idea that Systema had in creating an AEG gear box based on the same technology as their PTW....trigger response is retardly fast...better than any AEG I have ever owned by far. Smoked many on the field, indoors and outdoors..

Explanation
This was a systema complete drop in gearbox. I got a lemon. The piston failed after a couple hundred rounds. A few months later the post for the trigger shuttle snapped, 6 more months the gears stripped so I gutted everything aside from the bearings. 2 years of good use later the bearing blew out with the siegeteks in the gun this year, I ran it for the rest of the game (1000) rounds without any problems. With the smart ROF drop at 80% gun shoots 1240RPM with 11.1v 30c 2200 mah

- Same Lipo as Gearbox 1 for 750RPM, or 11.1v 25c 2000mah (~900RPM)
Explanation
This started as the original used box and it was a absolute mess to start with. So I experimented and tuned for ultra ROF and it ended up destroying the original high speed helical gears that it came with ~1950rpm was too much for those cheap systema gears. (Short stroked M130 spring 14.8v 30c 3300mah lipo external). So I rebuilt it for Friendly field play closer to the field limits

Gearbox 3 - Hardball

* Modify FTK except, supercore piston, Prometheus Aluminum PH, Pakayama * Air nozzle, and gears
* HS5 Simple MOSFET
* Siegetek Torque Plus gearset
* External battery bag 14.8v 30c 3300mah
* Airsoft Surgeon stage 6 spring
Outputs ~610FPS @ ~480RPM depending on barrel length Can be adjusted.
Explanation
This is a hardball gun. I've use it for plinking and gamed it 4 times last year with a hardball group. Building one of these is not as easy as slapping it all together. I must have destroyed 2 pistons assembling and test firing the box before I got it right. If you do not have experience with M200+ springs DO NOT DO THIS.

Soon to have Realsword Type 56.
Stock with simple mosfet or Trigger master is planned


My next project will be to buy another TM gearbox (4th) for the P90 and then do a cyclone gearset upgrade for max ROF. I'm shooting for a year round reliable ~50-60bps @ ~340-380FPS (~3000RPM)

Project after that is to build a Hardball M4 AEG
