Cavalvy headset not legit?

So I just received this from eHobbyAsia, and there's no markings on it. I've had a Cavalvy headset before and it said "Cavalvy" right on it where the numbers in the picture are. Also, both sides of the mic are open, and on my other Cavalvy only the mouth-facing side was open (this is also viewable on the eHobby website)

Is this a real Cavalvy or not? I'm having doubts. If it's not I'll have to contact eHobby and let them know they screwed up.

not cavalvy,i recall the cavalvy microphone is different, this is more likely an element headset

edit: i also dont remember the cavalvy having serials

Did it come in a cardboard box or a plastic bag?

Box with Cavalvy markings = Cavalvy. Plastic bag = ?

All kidding aside that sucks, defiantly not a Cav head set. Honestly has an ACM look to it.

Last batch I received were in a Cavalvy box but are just as the OP pictured above. No "Cavalvy" name anywhere on the product.

I purchased one last year, and its the same as yours. Mine came in a box that said Cavalvy, green box if I recall.

Mine looks looks just like the example. Cavalvy? I don't know for sure, but it works great.

I seem to recall that Cavalry put out a news release some time ago about cloned headsets of their brand.

At the same time, that could simply be an updated version.
