Mauser Pro Tactical

Ok, so I recently came into possession of a Cybergun Mauser SR Pro Tactical. I know the quality of the gun is hit/miss (mostly on the miss side) and am not fond of it's inconsistency in shots. I have shots that veer off to both directions using 0.3 bbs at 100 feet. Now what I DO like about this gun is the stock shape and feel.

What I am wondering is: is it possible to make this gun comparable to other snipers via upgrades and if so what parts are going to be the best for me?

I already have a small list of things that i researched that should be used if i do upgrade but I have no ideas on compatibility.

Inner Barrel: PDI tightbore (6.04mm)

Hop up:

Should I also stiffen/replace my spring? And does my trigger need to be replaced? Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

Cheers

It's a WELL L96 so it should be compatible with any L96 (APS, etc) parts.

Simply put, stock its a complete POS. I bought one off of my friend for $120 to try out sniping before I spent serious money on a better gun and ghillie.

The FIRST thing you NEED to do if you plan on keeping this is get a reinforced trigger assembly. You need it, because the first time its cold outside and you shoot your gun, something in the trigger assembly will break. Some kids at a local field have this gun because they all want to be 3L1T3 S00p3R SNiP3rz and at the annual new years game this year 2 triggers snapped in half, 1 trigger broke off completely and my trigger snapped at the same time that the side of the gun right above the trigger split open.

Next you need some sort of tightbore because its stock accuracy is SH*T. My .28s flew off course after about 75 feet, and .36s dont make it out to 130 feet. A new hop up is also needed.

Basically thats all you can do, because if you get a new spring then the other internals wear down quicker, and then the whole gun needs to be replaced.

You'll need beer, a montage, duct tape, an orangutan, a fanny pack, and several illegal immigrants.

Well I've already got 4 of those 6 things so I'm well on my way haha.

Thanks for the input so far, I guess I'll need to add a trigger assembly to that list of upgrade parts, should a zero trigger do nicely?
