Mk18 RIS on ARES M4 CQBR

Has anybody had any experience with the Socom Gear Daniel Defense RIS II (Mk18 Ris) and the "NEW TYPE" ARES M4's?

The outer barrel is much thicker than most M4's and ive heard some things about the compatibility of after market parts with ARES Guns.

If anyone could let me know if this rail will work on my gun please let me know.

Thanks,

Jsofter

should fit, not too sure but i think it should, however in terms of stocks i do know that ares guns can take real steel stock tubes and therefore take a real steel stock, in terms of rails im not too sure, my friend however does have a RIS on his but its a standard one where you can just remove the top and bottom with the delta ring just like if u had the heat shield on. i have a madbull DD MK18 RIS II on my King Arms M4 tho,

Ya I heard about the stock being real steel specs, just wasnt to sure if ares messed around with the upper in some way to make it not compatible.
