Reliable gun docs

Hey guys Im looking for a local (Kitchener/Waterloo) gun doc that you would swear by or one that comes very highly recommended. Late last season my KWA m4 stopped cycling bb's and it was suggested that there was a problem with the tappet plate. Just to be on the safe side Im not too sure I want to take apart my mechbox and find out its not the tappet plate that's the problem. I would also possibly like to have a new cylinder and spring installed since the gun is going to be apart anyway.

Thanks for your help everyone

A fast and easy way to know if it's the tappet plate:

1: Turn the M4 upside down, with no mag inserted.
2: Make sure that the front of the M4 points in a safe direction.
3: Look carefully through the Hop-Up hole, get a flashlight if needed.
4: Cycle the gun in semi-auto.
4A: If you see the nozzle going forth and back when cycling, the tappet plate does its job.
4B: If you see the nozzle, and it doesn't move when you cycle the gun, then most likely the tappet plate or its spring are busted.

Sounds much like a tappet plate issue, but there can always be something else broken too.
