The field is generally 18/18+. 16 ok with parental signing of the waiver, under 16 with parental signing of the waiver and one parent has to play. 16 and Under are on a one strike rule, any rules blatantly broken and they cannot play untill they can sign their own waiver.

young guys
Just to add, we have had no issues so far with the young kids, at 3 years and counting. They always call their hits, take direction very well, and will try anything at least once (just ask my suicide squad).
We have more trouble with 18 to 25 than we have ever had with 16 and under. As well we average 50 players per game, with ages from 14 to mid 50's, so it is not like it is a small group. Best move by a 13 year old who could barely hold a TM beta spetz was an attempt to flank 2 experienced players who had his general position. If he could have aimed he would have had both of them, came up with the whole move on his own. It was his 1st game so as admin I kept an eye on him, while dad took a break got to watch the whole thing unfold. Had a big grin the rest of the day after the old guys gave him pat on the back for good effort. |
