Nozzle Reset Issue

Seems like my Tappet and nozzle are out of sync with everything. I took my gun apart and cleaned and re did everything and put everything back as how it should be. But when i load my gun up and shoot seems like i am getting miss firing and seems like the nozzle isn''t resetting properly.. My gears and everything look all ok no broken teeth or anything. everything in the box looks fine..

Could it be possible that i need to sand down the guides on the side of my piston?

If the gun was shooting fine before you took it apart, then it's something you did wrong while putting it back together. You can get a sector chip delay to help the problem.

Yeah... K i'll explain what is happening in more detail. I put it all back together and it's all find. Nozzle is on you can push on it and it springs back properly.. But when i fire it it doesn't always come back into the right position is sometimes sits back in. Is this normal?

kinda sounds like your tapet plate is getting hung up on the gears or something, but I could be way off

No it don't...

Why don't you contact a Gun doc?

Don't take this as an insult but you seems to lack all the know-how required to play inside a mechbox. Maybe they could teach you some basic maintenance and upgrade skills?

Nozzles at rest always end up in different positions, even when firing on semi. That is normal. The misfiring bit....... not sure.

K so i am not tripping balls then.. I think the miss firing thing is a feed issue. I did put a new barrel in and a new hop hop rubber and just silicone oiled my mads for the first time so that just might be a feed issue..
