MP5K Questions
I am putting together a TM MP5K. I am in need of a couple of parts:
First: Trigger. I have a complete MP5K mechbox except for a trigger assembly. Is the assembly the same as for ak47 or g36 mechbox, except with a MP5 type trigger? In other words, could I use a trigger mech from a G36 or ak mechbox and just switch the trigger? Second: Hop-up unit. Is the MP5K hop-up unit unique to the Mp5K? Or can any TM MP5 hop-up unit be used? |

In regards to the mechbox, the main difference is at the base of the box where the motor goes in. Since MP5K have long type motor there is an extra parts that adds lenght to the base of the mechbox, the rest seems to be standard ver.3 mechbox But the hop-up is definately different and unique to the MP5K.

You can get the hop-up unit via Tokyo Model Company, they are selling TM MP5K hop-up unit seperately, they seem to be the only one so far selling them individually.
