M4 feeding problems

Alright so I've recently tossed a new VLTOR clone body on my G&G M4. However I'm having a problem getting the bb's to feed up into the hopup chamber.

When I put the mag in upside down, it feeds
When I put the mag in sideways it sorta feeds
When I put the mag in right side up it does not feed at all

I have added the velcro to the bag of the magwell for a more snug fit, no dice.
The nozzle was checked to be moving enough to allow a bb in, works fine.
The only time I can get the gun to fire when its being held properly, is when I am pushing the mag up into the magwell.

Does anyone know what my problem could be, and how to fix it? \
Thanks a ton in advance.

Look up (you may need to do a couple of searches)...

"KA mag feeding problems" (KA = King Arms)
"filing bb catch"

Basically you file/cut back the catch on your mag and it'll let BBs up to feed properly. You need to mod each mag...takes just a second or three per mag.

Yeah I had the same problem and filed the mag catch down and applied a little silicon spray to the mag and nozzle. I also tighten the mag release it was loose (body change)

Dimensions of the new body are slightly off from your old body. The magazine is no longer seated properly and is sitting too "low" for the hopup to release the bb retaining clip. You can either tape or glue something the top portion of the mag catch and build it up enough to seat the mags higher or tape the recessed portion on the mags themselves.

Another method is it file down some of the retaining clip that holds the bbs down into the mag. File enough that the mag still holds the bbs in but enough so it feeds. The problem i have with this method is that the spring loaded retainer is plastic, and is prone to wear. Shave off too much and your mags can loose the ability to hold bbs all together. Taping can be undone.
