Pantac RRV setup

Hey guys I am new to airsoft and was planning on purchasing a RRV from pantac with a back plate carrier. Now Im running into issues picking pouches for this thing. I am going to have an M4 variant probably. So I would need m4 pouches, and for realism I will be using standards, so I will need several pouches. Im just not sure what the best and most efficient configuration would be on this vest. When I played with the rental gun, I spent a lot of time sneaking and some time on the ground waiting to ambush some guys. So I need to be maneuverable also. What kind of pouches should I look at? Also Should I be looking at a MOLLE belt system also?

I have a three double pouch shingle right front in center on my rrv with 2 double mag pouches on my right side (used as radio pouch and a utility pouch) and a blast belt with a 3 mag open top pouch on my left hip and some pouches on my butt section, drop leg holst and drop leg double mag pouch on my other leg. I'm a smaller guy too and I have zero issues sneaking around with all this or crawling. You'll just need to learn to move with your gear once you have it all setup.

I'm also about to purchase mag pouches for a RRV.
I'm going with the shingle pouches, because they are low profile and quick to access while having some room on them to attach smaller pouches, like pistols pouches.
I'll probably have double or triple M4 mag pouches on the side, for extra ammo. I'm planning on having at least 8 mags ready on me and an optionnal 2 if I still have room. The rest will go in my assault pack.

this is the type of pouche I'm talking about.

Here was my setup, 5 double M4 pouches, radio pouch, holster, and a Camelback. I ran a blast belt with a dump, pistol mags, and a couple utility pouches along with.

I run 8 shingles on the front, 4 across and 2 deep. On each flank are 2 double M4 pouches (4 total) I use as hold-whatever pouches, with a dump pouch on my left. This lets me run 10 locaps with a lot of room to spare for extra battery, loader, energy bars, etc.

I like these setups, so run a RRV vest with basically just radio, and m4 mag pouches? Then a belt with drop and whatever else I need?

If you have room for a utility pouch on there, it's usefull for car keys, bug juice, compas and other random crap you don't want in your pant pockets.

Depending on your setup, having your pistol mags on your vest is a good idea. I like to keep my belt pretty much light and low profile. I hate when stuff is rubbing or getting cought when crawling.

I'll put in a +1 for shingles, the molle front is great, plus they make no noise, so if you're into sneaking, thats a bonus for you. Take a look at the "second line kit" sticky in this forums, lots of good ideas there.

I like the idea of the shingles, are there brands though that I should specifically look at?

How is your hydration pack attached to your vest? Is it a carabiner?

It appears that you used these?

How did you attach the lower points? It looks like you took the extra slack in your waist buckle and modified it somehow.

So Pantac pouches are good, but are there any brands I should consider also? And anything else cool that I must have for on my vest?
