P mag E Series has came out y'all!!!!
do U like the dubiety of P mags but your weapons can't take them???
(such as HK 416, FN scar, etc...) well now magpul has just release their E series of P mags. E stand for Export. i believe that magpul made this so that it would work on European firearms such as HK 416, IWI tavor and such... here check this video of real P mags E series YouTube- Magpul ShotShow 2009 Part 5 and here is the airsoft version http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/magazines...aeg-black.html

Problem is they have a clear mag level window (non functional) with fake bullets. Could be a problem importing.
Anyone seen the E series without the window? |

Doesn't having a PMag and EMag for different platforms that all run 5.56 negate the purpose of STANAG magazine standard?

I know, but what I am saying is that the whole point of STANAG magazines was to eliminate the lack of magazine compatibility between different weapon systems of the same caliber in a battlefield.

I think it's because Pmags are thicker than regular STANAG mags.

No, Its the curvurature of the magazine. P-Mag I believe are more straight. European rifle perfers a more curved magazine.

I was thinking about getting some EMAGs for my VFC SCAR-L, however, looked at the fake bullets and thought it might be hard to get. I do like the look more than PMAGs though. Well, anyway, I needed them ASAP for the 18th and my friend's PMAGs fit in my gun.

The tighter magazine housing allows for better feeding in real steel, this why the emag is needed for the MR223/416 and other newer type rifles!

Yeah, I just thought since they have a clear window with fake rounds, it might be hard to import. Thought there was a Canadian retailer with some in stock.
