ICS M4A1 conversion kit?

I have a ICS M4A1 with a retractable stock. I want to do a CQB conversion kit on it, but I'm not sure which brand works. I'm interested in the DBOY CQB kit with silencer / JBU M4 SD kit. Can someone provide me with some opinion. thanks

Search for ICS bible. You will get most of the information there. For ICS, stick with TM compatible parts. D-boys may be a different size or you may need to dremel it to fit.

Wrong.

Depending on the date your rifle was made, you will either have metric or standard treadings on your receiver.

Unfortunately, unless you try your conversion kit, you will never know.

You have WAY better chances fitting a cheap kit than an expensive one. Simply because the cheap ones are made looser. On most rifles that is a problems, but not in this case.

I was able to fit a JG HK416 front end on my rifle, but it took a LOT of work and dremelling to fit a Madbull Noveske RIS.

For the price of that kit, just go for it. Worst case you have a silencer and 2 rail covers. If I remember, the RIS is just a 7" M4 RIS, replicating the Knights Armaments one... JG is supposed to be metric, so you can get one that is standard if it does not fit.
