The thing is to qualify as a replica it has to look like a gun. it doesn't have to resemble any particular model, it just has to bare a resemblence. Otherwise models like the g3sas and the vsr10 gspec wouldn't be considered replicas.

Also I don't believe you have a clue of what kind of work goes into making the furnature (stock and foregrip) for a wooden gun. Ask kokanee how much time and effort he put into his rpk stock..

hell I spent about 30 minutes to an hour fitting a CETME foregrip and most of it was hollowed out before I even got to it.

This statement alone allows us to diagnose you as an idiot.

Okay, you're a bit slow on the uptake. That's fine, basic training will resolve that.
You just posted what you wanted to do, even if it's illegal, on a CANADA-WIDE board. Nobody will know? Geeee...
Do you think it's only civilians who read this? Some here ARE police officers. And worse for you, some may be the military officers who will deal with you later.

What part of making something like this being illegal is unclear to you? Replica or not Does Not Matter. If you make something that shoots anything, you're in shit. THERE IS A STIFF LAW AGAINST IT! NOW I HAVE TO CAPS-LOCK IT AT YOU???
This idea of yours is not bending it, it's breaking it. And when they start to dig, they'll find your interest in Airsoft. Guess what happens next? WE GET THE SCRUTINY!

If you still dont get it, I dont know what else to say; at 19, you will have to cope with the law as an adult. Criminal records really suck.

If you still want to break laws, disconnect from here and forget airsoft exists.
