This is true, cheap and effective. I have one right and one left. The only problem I have is that it is a tight squeeze into my fat out of shape thighs. Fits most guns.

I just ordered a Blackhawk CQC serpa holster platform, and an active retension CQC serpa holster hood for my Glock 23. I'm pretty excited to get it and put it to use. My pistol came out of my tiger tactical holster last game, thank god someone found it.

Again this is second hand info, from a mate who is a real steel tac shooter who also works in my local shop. Its somthing to do with where the "lock" sits and can cause accidental discarge. Obviosly in airsoft its not going to be a big issue.

The locking mech on the SERPA will not cause a discharge on the firearm, it is the shooter. The shooter tends to leave his finger pressing on the lock which in turn continues even after drawing the firearm, hense applying pressure to the trigger and BLAM!

The only other complaint I have heard about the SERPA is the lock actually locking because of dirt and crud getting into it and having it sieze.

Take a look at the line of kydex holsters I am now carrying! Tac-Pro, they make the best out there.

Still nothing for a Hi-Capa. Which is sad. Provided it's reasonably priced like other Tac-Pro's, they'd basically have a monopoly on the kydex line for Hi-Capas, at least for a little bit. I'd know I'd pick up at least one in a heart beat.

And why is this holster a ghetto? It works good with the pistol it was made for. I don't see any problem with using it, especially if a person has WW2 kit. I will actually pick one up for my Vietnam kit when KJ will release new batch of 1911A1.
