It usually comes with the items you ordered. You don't pay the bill, you don't get your items.
There are some instances where you get the bill weeks later, directly from the CBSA.

Also depends on who you're using to ship your stuff. I always use EMS and get charged a reasonable service fee plus the GST and PST. Takes about a week to get here. Most likely you'll get charged about $120 based on my previous experiences.

Never had that much to pay on orders in that price range and even bigger ones... Guess I'm a lucky bastard The biggest Duty/Tax fee I paid for an order was around 112$, on a 750$ order from RedWolf. Of course, that is excluding those UPShit orders...

Honestly you never can tell.
I've had orders for $500 - 600 worth of stuff, gear and parts, and was charged nothing. I've also had orders for $100 worth of gear and was charged about 1/3 of the total. It is completely up to the agent inspecting the package, to use his own judgement. Another thing I've noticed with WGC is that even when you ask for 100% on your invoice, they still list the items as gift or commercial samples with no actual value. |

I found one of the CBSA invoice and they listed the package as firearm parts and accessories. Had a duty rate of 7.5%, the GST, the PST and a $8.00 handling fee. I've never been lucky enough to avoid paying any duties and taxes with the CBSA. But I guess it's also that I've never ordered anything below $300. I hate paying for shipping. lol

Redwolf, ordering system is the cleanest, quickest and everything is shipped next day usually, if not THAT day. The only complaint I've ever had with them is sometimes limited stock, they don't ALWAYS have what you're looking for, but thats not really their fault when the customer is picky :P.
WGC is usually my next stop, but their shipping time drives me up the wall. I made an order May 7th, and it didn't ship until May 14th, that's 7 days JUST in waiting for them to send it out. Now it was a very small order and didn't stay at customs long so I should have it middle of next week. But had it been Redwolf, I'd have it already :P. Even orders I've done that are $400+ with Redwolf have delivered very quickly. The other complaint I have with WGC is their site is not kept up to date as Redwolf is. I remember ordering a fluted barrel from WGC only to get an e-mail 2 weeks later that they would refund the money because it was not instock. 14 days is a long time to sit there with a couple hundred dollars just sitting because of one part that was out of stock and why it took so long to get that notice I don't know; it sure was aggravating.

My monthly orders with redwolf usually ship within 24 hours of my payment. As far as CBSA, it really depends. I use fedex for my shipping. Generally on my orders of close to 2000, I pay about 120 in Brokerage and taxes combined.

I'd consider that very reasonable! Do you get some sort of retailer discount rate? 6% Brokerage and taxes!

The variety in experience here is astounding.
I placed my order with WGC on Wednesday, and they said the items would be shipped this Tuesday, assuming nothing is out of stock.

We wait until we have alot of stuff to order then we go with WGC. If they don't have it we go with eHobby if not then we check out RedWolf or UNC.
We usually order for around 400 - 500$ worth of shit and pay around 30$ fees. If I want only one small part I'll def go with eHobby though. I like WGC. Red wolf is annoying to browse, UNC is slow as hell and eHobby is ebay. Ordered an ICS AK Bolt from blazing toys and it took over 2 months for me to get it BUT I HAVE IT! I'm still waiting on Magpuls I ordered directly from Magpul about a month and a half ago. They sent an e-mail saying the package was returned to them claiming I have moved when I got it delivered to my work place. I don't think EA Montreal has moved.... It's sad to say but so far my worst experience is with Magpul...

Why did you order direct from magpul when there are tons of distributors that sell way under MSRP? Dealing directly with the big guys is sure to take you more time, they have bigger orders ongoing and those bigger orders are their priority (LE/MIL).

Nervi, at the time when I ordered I couldn't find any place where they would sell 3 DE 5.56 magpul for 10$. It was always out of stock or 1 for 10$.
