i would not suggest this with real recoiling rifle as i have been told it can crack the sternum i dont know for sure
I find it hard to believe that it would crack bones, but I wouldn't want to try it. Its guarenteed to knock the wind out of u with a high caliber weapon.

i dont think it would crack bones as well but do i ever wanna try it with anything that has a recoil no i dont

cause it gives better rifle aim for some one who's right hand left eye dominant

majority of people are same side dominant

right eye for aim right hand for trigger finger
or left eye for aim left hand for trigger finger

That statement is not entirely correct. Small caliber rifles, and SMG, can be fired that way. It's unusual, but it's been done. Some larger caliber rifles can do it, but then the risk of injury increases.

It takes a LOT of power to crack a sternum, or a high amount of stupidity.

Here's what you can try. I don't have my AK's in front of me now, so I can't be 100% sure.
From what I remember part AK-12 can be inserted into the gas tube both ways, with sling swivel facing right or left side of the gun. Try inserting it so sling attachment point is on the same side as a charging handle. Than secure your sling around front part of the stock so it won't slip and attach carabiner to sling swivel.

If your looking for a basic Sling for the AK go to www.gunaccessories.com. Type in SKS. Their SKS sling is Black Nylon and made to fit Russian Front ends. They will ship to Canada no problem.

Yeah, if you disassemble the front section of your AK, the front sling attachment can be inserted facing to the left. When I first took apart my AK, I did this accedentally, and only found out when I went to put on my East German surplus sling. As for the sling attachment at the rear of the reciever, I havn't a clue unless you feel like taking it off and finding a place on the opposite side. Like 666, I don't have my AK handy (the library won't let me bring it inside :-D ) so I don't know how much space is availible with the fire selecter and such in the way.

Good luck with your noble lefty-sling quest, Karbon.
