These things are surprisingly cheap...

Any word on the quality of internals and such? Cross compatability with anything aside from AEG springs?

Might just buy one as a plinker for the winter, I've always loved the SVD

The internals on this gun are pretty solid. Im not concerned about anything breaking anytime soon.

AEG barrels work as well as i've hear buckings too.

I have also read through my days upons days of research that if it comes to it, a regular AEG hopup rubber would work but with slight modification. (you need to cut the rubber a bit to shorten it up as its a bit too long) BUT the hopup itself is fair good and provide good consistancy stock.... good, but not great... im going to look into replacing the rubber if i find that the stock rubber is giving me issues...

ok want to hear somethig funny... (i already knew this but anyways...)

So, I decided to go with the PDI 6.01 595mm inner barrel... i know its the best barrel out there... and most expensive.... anyone want to guess how much it cost?... thats right... the same price as the gun itself hehehe.... meh.. i dont care... i just find it funny.

While i was at it i picked up 3 more mid-caps... 1 isnt enough.

cant wait to have all the part for this thing

currently, i have the barrel comming, 3 mags, a 3.5-10X 50mm scope with flipup sights, and the propper bi-pod comming within 5 days... my god... there goes all my christmas spending money for the year ahaha.

Meh... Merry Christmas to me

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that PAS CO2 bolt kit should be pressure-adjustable, no? I thought that's what PAS meant.

Wildlife, his next batch are in production (100pcs) and expects them in about 3 weeks as of last correspondence. Only place that sells them, as far as I know.

Apparently you can alter FPS by changing the shims on the valve, if thats what you're looking to do? Here is a takedown (Spanish, sadly):

Hmm, interesting. Looks like a simple enough device. I was hoping for more adjustability than what appears to be only two "settings" via different thickness shims (o-rings? Look like o-rings to me). Maybe with thin metal shims stacked under/over the o-rings? I'll have to buy one and try I guess.

Here was the original post: http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forum...c=192165&st=20

Having to reload the Co2 cartridge (via complete takedown) is enough to turn me off this idea, but it would be fun to try
