I'm kind of leaning towards it too, though I do really want a UMP, but the mag availability, well there's no competition there, 30$ for one UMP mag or $30 for 10 TAR mags...

Also, I've come to accept that I go prone a lot, and those long ass SMG mags may be a problem.

Tavor!!! You know you want it..

As for going prone, just turn that son of a bitch sideways! Put a RDS on the side rail. LOL

well ideally it will be in the 7-800 range, once I get my m4 sold.

The Tavor will get you a lot of attention. Nothing beats the feeling of bringing a gun to a game and having everyone sexually attracted to it

I got rid of my G&G in exchange for a TM MP5SD6 and was completely satisfied with that decision. I only did so because parts such as mags and even more so the silencer, were extremely expensive and hard to come by. Now with the mp5 I have everything I could want at my disposal.

On a side note, someone earlier mentioned that the G&G will have to have its piston head changed out - you WILL want to do this.

This will be for outdoor use. I hate long guns, and loved the compact-ness of the UMP when I gamed it. An mp5 is a logical choice, but.....I dont know, I just don't like them.

I can't stand long guns either. I recently picked myself up a CA M15A4 CQB SEALs and I plan to give that a go for a bit.

The MP5 with the retractable stock is tiny.

One major flaw with the UMG was the mags. I like to be able to get a running start and slide in the dirt to a prone position. Crouch down and lay low in some bushes for recon. I found this all very hard with the UMG. When I was crouching and moving through the bush, there was numerous times the bottom of the mag would bash off my knee. The mags are the exact same size in length compared to a p90 mag. You can use the same pouches, vests etc. So if you've ever seen a p90 mag you know what to expect.

MP5SDs are pure sex.

+1 for that, I had the G&G UMG.... loved it.... but... mags are rare, and REALY bulky...... also.... battery choice is very limited....

I say go for the tavor, I mean its true what they say about the mag's they're annoying. Tavor is like holding a bigger P90. Submarineman was selling one, but I cant seem to find the price on that gun he's selling. Im guessing he already sold it fast. You will get more range with the Tavor than the UMP for sure, its really good for outdoor.

He was selling them for 660, if I'm not mistaken, I'll send him a PM.

Try it first.
Many people absolutely detest using Bulpups.

I know... Im one of them.

The only Bulpup thats a pleasure to use imho is the P90 due to its top loaded magazine.
