Don't be too hard on the guy.
Not everyone gets distributor emails and notifications. There are some things I have to rely on other sites for too. And I'm really, really new to the scene. Some distributors won't send me notifications until my site has reached it's one year anniversary, and an average of 5000 visits/day. Which is insane, we can't all be Arnie. And as for waiting for polycarbonate ones from Magpul, you'll be waiting for a while. Magpul licensed STAR specifically to make these (and other) Magpul official products. There is another new line from Magpul called MOE (Magpul Original Equipment) that was announced a week or two ago that Magpul is using to sell their own products (which many are again, made by STAR). Oh, and I don't think 68rnd mags (or higher) will come from Magpul soon, but this is my own speculation. Magpul-PTS is very focused on Training and Simulation for real-steel users, and won't likely market directly to Airsoft gamers. Unless STAR kicks up a stink, that is. But that's just my own 2 cents. Finally, I've had a TON of emails and a few PMs asking if I'm going to do a group order, and sadly - I don't have the time. Capitol Airsoft or AirsoftParts.ca may be able to help out in that regard, as Capitol Airsoft (last I heard) was/is part of the EbayBanned Wholesale program, and AirsoftParts.ca is a Magpul & STAR dealer I think. If another retailer wants to get an order together, put something up in the classifieds and I may join in too. |

Shitfuck!!! I went to order some from both Airsoft Extreme and Airsoft GI, and both only ship UPS to Canada. Refuse to buy anything shipped from out of country with UPS, because by the time I get nailed with all the hidden charges and brokerage, it's gonna cost about $70 per mag...

They are available with more retailers too, I believe. I'll ask my Magpul contact for a full list of suppliers.

Well, I'm not counting on them declaring such a lot value, and I have no faith or trust in UPS, having gotten fucked over by them MANY times in the past. I'll pass on the mags until someone else carries them.
And yes, Kingston is a great city. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else now that I've lived here. And you're about 500m from where I am right now at work.
