Ice Tactical?

Hey Guys,

It is my understanding that ICE tac. is supposed to have cleaned up their act? Any recent transactions that took less than 8 months? Or is there anyone here I should contact about placing an order?

Well, the last time I was in there (December), they were in the process of setting up their show-room, and were in the middle of a large order for a snowboarding company. When I got my hands on their finished product (stacked in an upstairs office) it was high quality, and their were plenty of designs not listed on their website. From guys I've talked to, they're still doing field tests on some of their equipment like the Soft Shell Jacket and DA Shirt. Personally I haven't done any electronic transactions, but when I was in their storefront, they were courteous as all hell.

I'll be popping back in their in July to see how they've come along.

Contact rainman he is the new CSR for ICE Tac. If you remember my review thread on them a while back I placed an order only to have to get it refunded about 6 months down the road. But rainman contacted me a few months ago and gave me my initial order free of charge.

Although, I still haven't ordered anything from them since. Id imagine turnaround times might be a bit quicker or at least more comms than before. What were you planning on ordering Goldy?

Hey guys,

Paul here from ICE. It's true that I've recently taken over here as the Marketing, and CSR manager, and I'm looking to get'er done. We've been doing a lot of helping out customers with issues from the past as well as getting gear out there to new customers. For those of you who've dealt with me in the last couple of months you can attest to the improvement in comms and action from my end.
