Battery Life on a 7.2v mini...

How long does the battery last? I have one of these batteries jammed into my MP7, I've never fully charged it and I'm doing the poor mans discharge (I cant find a discharger that fits this type of battery) where I just dry fire my gun once or twice a day to drain it completely.

It has 480mah so that's roughly it should last me about 480 shots...

If I remeber correctly Ive gotten maybe 1100 or 1200 rounds out of my MP7 with the standard battery. When it was warm out atleast, when it was cold I think I only pulled about 700-800 rounds.

Was it cold? EDIT: And you shouldn't dry fire a gun to discharge the battery. :|

you can use a small automotive lightbulb to dicharge it, works pretty well or do a very simple search on google http://www.google.ca/search?hl=fr&q=...scharger&meta=
