what is up with UNCOMPANY

hey guys... i ordered products (non-restricted) from this company on the 29th, paid on the 30th. i decided i do not need the product anymore. so i asked them to cancel it.. past sunday morning. 3 days pass and still nothing, they didnt ship it or give me a refund. i sent 3 messages no response... should i be worried??? should i contact paypal???

I ordered a lot from them recently, apparently they are crammed with work, they take longer than usual to answer.

Normally 3-5 buisness days... but around this time give 'em 5-7 buisness days.

They're most likely dealing with over 100+ emails/complaints/questions every day

Uncompany is a bitch to deal with, although I can't say this from personal experience from ordering online. I live a 2 minute walk from them in Hong Kong and their customer service is so bad I rather go to the model shop across the street and pay 5% extra there on their airsoft stuff.

You are f*cking lucky man....

I stopped dealing with UNC, to slow to ship, bad customer service. Redwolf and WGC for me. IF i have to use UNC i use their Fedex shipping method, they ship the same day you pay or the next day, and its here in 2 days... 3 at most, and thats at your doorstep!

Always had good service when dealing with them. Also, like amos said, it's holiday season, it's going to take more time.

Haha I've been to that model shop. It's actually a pretty decent place to get guns. I got my gundam models there too. And yea Uncompany is very busy. My dad had to wait around 3 weeks for my pmags to arrive for pickup.

earlier today, i got a reply from UNC and a paypal refund email... i was happy but i felt bad because they blamed themselves for the slow reply.

but i apologize for my doubts and this may be good info for others before they start to complain/get worried.

While I have better relations with WGC and even more so with Redwolf I will still order from UNC if they have what I need/want in stock. UNC might be the slower of the bunch but I've never been left upset with them, other than typical shipping delays.

UNC is great, anyone that needs to make comments that because they are located in Hong Kong means they're a bad choice needs their head flossed with barb wire. I've had slow turn around times with them but they are consistently the same, which tells me that they are very busy and constantly trying to keep up with the demand. I have no doubt that UNC, Redwolf or WGC have mountains of paperwork from a SINGLE day of online orders.

same here, never had any problem with them, ordered more than 10 times.
I even got a gift BB loader and a free magazine another time.
their service is pretty decent considering the success the number of customers they are dealing with.
