Loop hole shipping - has it worked for you?
Hello people - When ebaybanned.com states they will ship the gear box separate when u buy an AEG - do they actually mean they will ship the gearbox separate or are they referring to the receiver? (which makes more sense)
Has anybody ordered an AEG with success from them? And what exactly do they ship separately? I sent them 2 emails but their chinglish is terrible and I don't think they can comprehend my question. Last edited by Too-many-hobbies; October 20th, 2008 at 16:04.. |

Don't get Screwed
90% chance getting seized and 10% chance getting through, so the odds are stacked against you if you get separate parts delivered. If you get caught its very bad. 1. Pay a fine or fees 2. The item is destroyed and no refund 3. Possible of you being on the blacklist in which everything you ship in even if its a box of tissues will be taxed or marked up Now if its just a gearbox 100% send through no problem |

You can try to order from them, but as CBCSteve said it best, there's a huge chance such a big item like that will get seized, it won't be worth it in the end, buying in country items is the best/safest way to go.

Dont-I already tried the regular way with jcsurveillance. Im sure a lot of the guys here wont own up to their mistakes but i have no shame in sharing. I was lucky to get a full refund without getting on the blacklist (talked to a senior officer and also went to seattle 2 weeks ago with no hassle)
Dont do it-the stress sucks;calling the senior border agents and sounding like a scared little man sucks; the possibility of getting no refund sucks |

Unless you already ordered from there, then it will suck

I emailed them clearly if it was the receiver or gearbox and they replied gearbox.
Now wouldn't that make it WORSE, at least with the gearbox you could back up your claim that it's not RS

What kind of stupid customs for a country would seize a gearbox?

Maybe a country like New Zealand, that only allows semi auto guns.
Or maybe any number of countries that allows airsoft but have velocity limits which may well be exceeded by the Chinese guns. (e.g., ~380 FPS in the UK if I'm not mistaken)
