Problem with King Arms 85rnd VN mags

I just got 4 of these in the mail- all are new. Three of the four mags have a problem. The spring inside gets stuck down after they are filled. They will let out a random number of BBs and then stop feeding. I've tried taking them apart and lubing the insides, and even loading them to different amounts under full capacity, but they still jam up inside. Has anyone ever dealt with this problem?

Talk to witchhunt. I know he was having a similar problem but I don't know what brand he was using. Sounds like the exact same prob. Mag lets out a few, you get a few shots off then dry fire right?
He fixed it by buying a drum mag....I can tell you first hand that that solved his feeding probs.

I had a similar problem with some King Arms magazines, but a couple drops of silicon oil in the empty mags, fixed them for me.
You said you have lubed inside the mags, don't know how you did it, but try dropping a couple of silicon oil in one empty mag, then load it to spread the oil and finally fire the gun to test it.

Another problem with king arms magazines, particularly the metal ones, reported here is that the retaining lip that stops bb's from flying out is a bit too long and you might have to file it back slightly until it feeds correctly, but be careful not to file too far or you might damage your mags.

Actually, this method does work. I can't believe I forgot about that! I just talked to a friend who was having a feeding problem and shaving a bit off the lip fixed the prob. So I second this solution.

I found that the plastic bit on the end of the spring that pushs the BBs along has a seem thats sharp and it gets jamed on the iner walls of the mag.
You file the seem down and buff it up with a cloth untill shiney.

This worked for my KA M4 plastic mags. Let me know if this helps.

Amazon has the same problem with her VN mags. We've tried to fix it a ton of times, haven't tried filing them yet though.

Well I've managed to fix one of the mags by sanding down the rough edges. It did not work for the other two.

You must file the seems on the sides of the plastic bit aswell. I had one that was a pain to fix I just mist a bit on that one and don't forget to buff it up to be smooth and shiney.
