Hi Capa 5.1 Question

Call me Rookie but for the life of me I can't see where I'm supposed to install the upgraded Hammer Spring??!?!?!?!

I've installed an upgraded recoil spring, and a pdi trigger so i know how to disassemble the gun but I'm lost when it comes to the hammer spring.

Also, do i need a special too to install a high flow valve or is there a trick to unscrewing it?

Thanks

on the bottom of the grip at the back there is a pin. Punch that out. Then you can slide the hammer spring housing out. Once you have that, there is a small brass pin you need to remove. Then the hammer spring will come out. As to the valve, I would use a valve wrench, i think airsoftparts.ca has some in stock.

There is a pin through the base of the grip that has to be removed to get at the spring. Push out the pin and a piece of the grip can slide out. Looking top down at the grip piece you'll see a plunger being held place by a brass pin. Slide the pin out of the way (your spidey sense should tingle; the hammer spring is under tension and will take any chance it can to jump out to freedom), remove the plunger and the hammer spring is underneath. ta da.
