I have one of the full metal SPRs. I bought it from -Per- and I've gotta say it's pretty awesome. It's heavy as hell and has a nice, beefy feel to it. Internally, it works fine, it's an excellent stock gun, the only thing I'd do is add a tighter bore barrel, really. Ironically enough, I'm looking to sell it. I wanted to turn it into a bastardized SAW, but I need rent and university first

Of all the clones I've seen and worked on, the Dboys seem to be pretty shitty.
The bodies aren't bad, it's the boxes. Total junk. And this is coming from a guy who has a jg primary with an echo1 backup (both slightly upgraded and awesome performers)

Ask Archangel1970 how far he threw his dboys m4 yesterday.

I've never had any problems with any DBOYS externals.

I've only recently created a new AEG with a DBOYS mechbox, so we'll see.

Many reputable dealers will not even stock them (Even in the US such as warstore) due to soo many issues with their guns. Its not worth their trouble, and it sure as hell aint worth it for many canadian retailers. If your gonna go though all the trouble to get a gun imported in canada, get something that you wont have to replace in 2 weeks

Buyer beware, you get what you pay for.
Ive never had anything but issues with any Dboys product and have since boycotted them.

i've never owned a china clone myself, but when i go to see my gun tech, which i do all the time(good friends), all he's fixing is kalash, dboy, jg, ak, etc.
all the name brand stuff tm, gp, systema, star are mostly in for upgrades, and small tweaks(for the most part)

i made the mistake of buying alot of crappy stuff before i realized that if i spent my money wisely, i'd have even nicer stuff than i already have.

I'm going to try and stress the $^#t out of the DBOYS mechbox I purchased.

I figure, if I run a 11.1V 1600 LiPo, that ought to be enough stress.
