I thought you had to wait a certain amount of time before Paypal will step in, no?

What did you order (if you don't mind me asking). Was it something they didn't actually have in stock?

I've ordered from them a half dozen times with no issues.

Starting a dispute is basically just a kick in the ass for a retailer. No Paypal doesn't actually do anything unless you escalate it. No it was something they had in stock, just a 590mm tightbore.
