Umm, no you can't get shot when your playing with a toy gun from the dollar store. Want to know why ? Because it looks like a TOY obviously. With airsoft you obviously can because it's a REPLICA it should look like the real firearm & no, it was his friend from his other videos filming him (notice the bad filming) & also the SWAT wouldn't come but their Local Police Department would if they get a phone call of a little boy holding an MP4.
