mounting ideas?

well i have come in to ownership of a CYMA AKS-74NU (thank you viperhill). but with my recent trip to Melville sask i realized one thing, my aim is shit with out an RDS

but this is where my problem starts, i would love an optic on my gun but i would like to retain the ability to fold the stock when needed BUT with mount for the scope or railed mount on the side i lose that ability to fold my stock.

so what kind of after market parts could i buy that would let me mount an RDS on the gun and still retain the ability to fold the stock?

P.S well i am something of a AK purist i would like function of the gun (stock and RDS) to be first and looks/purism to be second.

i bought one of these but i didnt like it on my ak. it shouldnt get in the way of a folding stock, and if it did it would only be minor. though its for an ak47 so i dunno if itd work with an ak47 or not. i think it would depend on what type of sight you have on your 74, if you have the ak47 type sight it should work, but if you have the 74 type sight thats on the top cover then youd probly have to switch top covers

then theres always the type of top cover the crosman spetz has. i havent seen it on any other kind of ak
