smuggling airsoft like that is pretty easy. I know atleast 10 guys who have done it across the border.

the reason being that most custom officers are trained based on stereotypes. People traveling as a family, couples, or with kids are usually never checked. And even then, they don't look for airsoft specifically, they are mainly looking for tobbacos and drugs.

dont be "oh im so cool I got a gun across the border for only $240", your not the first one

I understand it doesn't take a criminal mastermind to "smuggle" these things in and I don't claim to be one. But I'm a cheap guy, if I have an opportunity to save money (probably $100s), I will take it. Honestly, it's not like I'm bringing firearms, drugs, or anything REALLY DANGEROUS.

They're goddamn toys for Christ's sake.

Canadian laws seem so silly to me. Crime in the US is like what, much much worse? Yet guns that shoot plastic bbs doesn't concern most States. Yet in Canada... You know what, Canada is like that one boring, uptight, smart ass family member/ friend most of us know.

Because I'm SURE, as soon as Canada allows BB guns to come in, people will take them to the streets in hopes of making people think they have real firearms. Just for the hell of it.
