Metal Outer Barrel - Hi-Capa 5.1
Does anyone know if the metal outer barrel helps reduce the slight barrel wobble that occurs between the slide, the outer barrel and the inner barrel.
The goal of course is to tighten the accuracy. |

That depends on the brand and model, but generally, no.
If it's a major issue, you could always upgrade to the Shooter's Design steel barrel bushing system, which replicates what the 1911 uses. http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthr...27422&p=342228 |

As an alternative to that, a Freedom Art rail with compensator should also do the trick. I believe there's one available in this parts threads.
