Gear Issue with WGC

Ok, so I received my PANTAC CIRAS vest today. They got the brand right, they got the color right, but they got the vest wrong. I ordered a Land version, but they sent me a Maritime version vest.

Has anyone had something like this happen to them before? I have already fired off a quick e-mail to them describing the situation, but i'm worried they won't let me ship it back to them to switch it with the right vest. I paid a lot of money for the vest and I don't want to get stuck with the Maritime vest...I already have one and hate it.

Anyone have anything to add?

I would sell it. They seem to be in reasonable demand on ASC. Then re-order it again. It would be easier that doing more international shipping.

Send it back, they pay the shipping. And they ship you the one you want.

They got it wrong, they pay for it or you put in a paypal claim or go to the bank to get your money back.

Problem solved as in WGC recognized their mistake and are going to fix it, or you sold the vest?

......and yes, I've had an issue with the WGC. A couple of years ago we purchased 2 APS2 barrels, and ended up with 2 barrels for something I've never seen before. The packaging was labled "for APS2 and ...." something or other, but either way it was not what we had ordered.
We had ILLusion contact the WGC with our problem and they said too bad. No exchange, no refund.
We're still trying to figure out what to do with these barrels....threaded at the receiver end with a fixed (internal) non adjustable hop up.
It was the last time we order from the WGC, and we'll never deal with them again.
