OK. I have never done a EMT before, only paypal. what is involved in this payment type. and is it safe. everyone seems to accept it these days but i dont know how to do it or what i need todo to set it up. so if someone could help me please. it would be appreciated

emt works wonderful, its a bank to bank transfer, quick and fast and simple
what u need is a bank that does them, like TD, CIBC, i think
EMT = Electronic Money Transfer i think

Yeah, you'll have to contact your bank and make sure they do stuff like that. There are smaller banks out there (like mine) that don't do all that online money transfer stuff that popular banks like CIBC, TD, BMO or Royal Bank do.

You usually access it through your online banking....mine is in the same section as account transfers. Give your bank a call and ask them. I'm sure its different depending on who you bank with.

But ya, its a great way to do transactions. Secure, fast, and easy to do..

NovaKayne i hear you on that one, i deal with Conexus Credit Union, a bank that rarely anyone hears of lol, so emt isnt an option,

Yeah, the credit union branches are the evil ones that don't do online stuff. I had to get a credit card for my eBay adventures...6 to 8 business days for a money transfer was messin' with my eBay shopping spree's. I'm with the police credit union in pickering. Decent bank...just not very advanced, lol.
